HOW DOES IT WORKS
Silk Plus Cold IPL Hair Removal Device uses IPL (intense pulsed light) to flash and heat up hair follicles. By heating them, it sends them into their resting state. Over time, they stop creating hair full stop. This means less hair in just a few weeks with 10-minute treatments on your body each week.
Following the first 12 weeks, you'll only need touch-up treatments every 1 to 2 months. Choose from the different modes for a stamping or gliding treatment that's comfortable for your skin.
HOW TO USE
Step 01: Remove excess hair by shaving, epilation or waxing before the first treatment.
Step 02: Plug in the power first and turn it on; select the gear; for the first use, it is recommended to start slowly from a low gear to a suitable gear.
Step 03: Please put the laser head on the skin, after the energy indicator flashes, press the launch button to complete the operation; move to the next part and continue the operation.
Step 04: After power on; short press the launch button to perform lighting operation, long press the launch button to switch between automatic/manual lighting mode.
Step 05: After treatment, moisturise the skin with some lotion.
Wait at least 7 days after treatment before exposing treated skin to direct sunlight.
Expert Tip: Apply a body lotion or cold compress gel after every treatment for smoother, calmer and softer skin.
WHO CAN USE THIS DEVICE?
The device is suitable for those with skin tones I-V on the Fitzpatrick Scale. Do not use the device on the darkest skin types, since it might cause skin damage.
Due to the reduced melanin in the hairs, this device is unsuitable for use on light blonde, red, grey and white hair.
