I never received anything & was charged for the product

I was charged, but never received the device. The only contact I’ve received from the company is to ask for a review. Nobody has reached out about my order not being completed.

This was actually better than I expected. I ordered the accompanying box, which is reasonably attractive and is handy to store the mask in between uses. It came with good instructions and it is intuitive to use. Was able to set up and get going quickly, and tested the functionality, which was all working well. The AU plug is an adapter that clips over an EU plug (I think) which makes the connector a bit flimsy but does the job. I might swap that out for a more solid adapter if it fails down the track.
