The product does not meet expectations when it comes to head massage - it is absolutely unusable. Besides, it is loud and uncomfortable. Additionally, when trying to return the product, I received a notification that I have to pay 15 PLN for the return, which is against the platform's policy where it is clearly stated that I can return up to 5 items per month for free. And this was the only purchase in the last few months.

Any lightweight liquid— scalp serums, hair growth oils, minoxidil solutions, rosemary oil, or any water-based serum.Avoid:thick castor oil, any lotion or cream, highly concentrated viscous formulas. These will clog the roller ball mechanism. If in doubt, dilute with a carrier oil first.

Care & technical
After each use, rinse the comb teeth and roller balls under running water for 10–15 seconds. If you used oil, a gentle squeeze of the roller ball area under running water will flush the reservoir.Do not use soap inside the reservoir— it can leave residue that blocks the roller balls. Wipe the body dry and store with the cap on.
A full charge lasts approximately5–7 sessions(50–70 minutes of use). The 10-minute auto-shutoff protects the battery and means one charge lasts approximately a week of daily use. Charges fully via USB-C in about 1 hour.
